Chakras refer to seven subtle energy centers located along the spine, starting from the base of the spine and moving up to the crown of the head. Each chakra is associated with a particular color, sound, and aspect of consciousness. There are seven chakras- Root Chakra (Muladhara)- is located at the base of the spine, associated with the color red, and represents grounding, stability, and basic survival instincts.
